Development of an executable project plan to be integrated into a product development roadmap

by | January 15, 2018

The multi-institutional project team will conceive and outline the execution plan of a research project that will directly contribute to the company’s product development plan. The BCBA team will comprehensively review secondary literature and conduct interviews with key technical experts to develop an executable plan for the generation of a cell-based human olfactory receptor assay model. Team members will gain insights and hands-on experience with biotech industry planning procedures for a product oriented research project, including the planning, contracting and execution oversight of work done by a contract research organization (CRO). The team will synthesize their work into a report that will be integrated into the company’s product development roadmap. Throughout the project, team members will work closely with company representatives, an industry mentor and Biotech Connection – Bay Area leadership.
